To return an item(s) please read the guidelines on this page and then email us at support@shop-marli.com for a return shipping label to be emailed to you. 

  • Please allow 24-48 hours (Mon-Fri) for a return label to be emailed to you.

  • Include your NAME & ORDER # on the return package.

To qualify for a refund, you will have 14-days from the date USPS tracking shows your order was delivered to you. To request a return label please email support@shop-marli.com Then drop it off at your local post office. (we allow up to 48 hours) From the date we emailed the return label to you to get it in the mail and off to us! 

  • Anything received after the 14-day window will be issued back as STORE CREDIT only. We will not accept anything past 30-days.
